Makes Rs. 4.07 crore in Q4

VisualSoft Technologies Limited, a software services and BPO firm said on Tuesday that it posted a 42.02 per cent decline in net profit for the fourth quarter of 2005-06 at Rs. 4.07 crore compared to Rs. 7.02 crore in the previous quarter.
The company which called off a proposal to amalgamate AppLabs, a software testing and services company with itself, said that its total income for the quarter declined 43.72 per cent to Rs. 28.95 crore from Rs. 51.44 crore for the corresponding period in 2004-05. For the year ended March 31, 2006, the company's net fell 28.69 per cent.
