5% equity stake in US based loan Pro LLC
Hyderabad, April 24, 2006iGate Global Solutions Limited said that it has acquired five per cent equity stake in US-based Loan Pro LLC enhancing its existing stake to 60 per cent by July 1, a company statement said on Monday. The acquisition is in line with iGate's vision to become an integrated technology and operations player and to enhance its presence in the mortgage space, the statement added.
The Company's Chief Financial Officer N Ramachandran said that the deal is a strategic, as it will strengthen the offerings in the mortgage services. iGate Global Solutions include consulting, IT Services, data analytics, enterprise systems, contact entire and infrastructure management services.
