Caught accepting bribe

A Divisional Engineer of BSNL Subaramiah Shetty was trapped by the officials of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) while he was accepting a bribe of Rs. 20,000 on Monday in Kurnool. He demanded the sum from a cable-laying contractor for forwarding bills for payment.

The CBI has asked the public to inform it of corruption in public sector units over phones 247322768, 24732762 and 98480 50011.
