22 companies in race to get tender
Hyderabad, April 13, 2006
A consortium of four banks viz., Andhra Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Bank of Baroda and Vijaya Bank has agreed to loan Rs.500 crores to execute the 24 km the Phase I of the Outer Ring Road project. The works starting from Gachibowili to Shamshabad International Airport will be grounded on June 1.
The Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has called for financial bids to execute the Phase I works from 22 national and international companies which had qualified for the project in pre-qualification tender process. The lowest bidder would be given the contract.
