Couple tested positive for HIV AIDS

A couple who allegedly tested positive for HIV AIDS committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan in their house on Wednesday. The couple went to the Hospital for medical check up and the doctors diagnosed them to be HIV positive and sent them for further tests. Fearing the social stigma attached to HIV, they ended their lives, sources said.

Even after lots of research being put in the field of medicine, there is currently no medicine for treatment of HIV or AIDS. Prevention, is considered to be the only cure for the time being. Alternative Medicines and alternative therapies are available for treatment of symptoms but no perfect cure is available.
