Agricultural Research Advisory Council meeting from April 27

Scientists, officials and farmers to take part in the meeting

Guntur, April 11, 2006

The Agricultural Research and Extension Advisory Council meeting of Krishna-Godavari zone for this year's Khariff season will be held on April 27 and 28 at Guntur according to Regional Agricultural Research Station, Lam, Associate Director of Research A Tirupati Reddy.

Speaking to reporters, he said that the scientists from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, officials from various departments from Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Irrigation, Cooperative Institutions and farmers from all the districts covered by the zone would participate in the meeting. He said that the participants would discuss the problems relating to agriculture and allied sectors and finalize the agriculture technical programme for the Khariff.
