The Telugu Desam senior most leader and former MLA Gadde Babu Rao from Cheepurupalli has resigned from the primary membership of the party on Monday. Addressing at a press conference convened, he blamed the Telugu Desam district and State leadership for encouraging parallel power centre in his Assembly constituency.
