Afghanistan President Karzai to visit Hyderabad

Two-day tour packed with visiting many locations

Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai will arrive in the city in a two-day visit on Tuesday. An advance team from Afghanistan coordinated security with local and Intelligence Bureau officials, sources said. The tour programme is as follows: Mr.Karzi will arrive at 2.20pm from New Delhi. He will go to Hitec City, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and NRSA, Balanagar and attend a dinner hosted by Governor Rameshwar Thakur.

On Wednesday, he will visit the NIRD at Rajendranagar and Rural Technology Park, interact with Self Help Group members, and address youth at Osmania University. Traffic will be stopped or diverted on the routes he travel to attend various functions.
