Ban on transfer lifted for 15 days

All transfer by counseling except for administrative reasons

Hyderabad, April 1, 2006

The State Government on Saturday issued orders lifting ban on transfer of its employees for a period of 15 days. The ban will be relaxed between April 10 and 25 and all transfers will have to be effected during this period. Those seeking transfers will have to report to the new place of posting before April 29.

However, the relaxation of ban does not apply to the employees working in the mandal parishads, zilla parishads, district Panchayat offices and gram Panchayat staff. All transfers other than the transfers for administrative reasons will be done by counseling.
