Cine actor Chiranjeevi agrees to ask Coco Cola firm of his ad

Following a request made by Jana Vignana Vedika, the film actor Chiranjeevi has agreed to ask the Coco Cola (India) to withdraw the Thumps up Truth Challenge advertisement. The General Secretary of the organization TV Rao and other office bearers in a statement on Tuesday said that the Chiranjeevi responded to a JVV representations which annexed signatures of one hundred scientists.

The leaders said that the actor faced to the company his letter withdrawing endorsement to the advertisement. A copy of the representation signed by scientists was faxed to Coco Cola (India). A close relative of Chiranjeevi, Allu Aravaind confirmed that the actor’s letter was sent to the company with regard to the advertisement.
