Warrant issued on Moddu Sreenu

The Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court issued a prisoner’s transfer warrant against the second accused in the Paritala Ravindra murder case Moddu Sreenu on Monday. Judge A.Jayaraj directed the Cyberabad police to produce him in the court by December 5 under tight security.

The judge issued directions in a petition filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probing the murder case seeking the custody of Sreenu for interrogation. Sreenu is an accused in the cases of murder of Tagarakunta Prabhakar, a close associate of Ravindra and Malapati Ventakeswrarao.
