Two cases against Suri dismissed

Anantapur, May 17, 2005

The Additional Assistant Sessions Court struck down two cases filed in 1995 against Suri due to lack of evidence.

Trial of the two cases was resumed on a request made on behalf of Suri. In his ruling, the judge, SV Chalapati said there was no evidence to prove the charges filed against Suri in cases pertaining to the attempt on the life of the then VAO of Maddelacheruvu and K.Sambasivarao.
