A CPI(Maoists) member Jyothi surrendered before the Superintendent of Police, Sanjay Kumar Jain on Friday. He said that she participated in the encounters at Patrunigunta, Buggarevula last year and she cited personal problems and failing health as reasons for quitting the movement. The SP said that the police would initiate measures for her rehabilitatition.
