A Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Wednesday directed authorities to conduct post mortem of the bodies of Naxalites of the Janashakti group who were killed in Karimnagar on Tuesday as per the guidelines issued by the National Human Rights Commission.
The interim orders were passed in a writ petition filed by Chandranna of CPI (ML), Janashakti group. The bench comprising Chief Justice Devinder Gupta and Justice B.Seshasayana Reddy directed that the postmortem be video graphed and follow the Human Rights Commission guidelines.
