East Godavari, March 14, 2005
The Third Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate court at Rajahmundry on Monday issued orders permitting the police to take into their custody, the top naxal Gopanna for interrogation for a period of three days.
The SP Naveen Chand said after interrogation, he will be sent back to judicial custody on 18th March.
