Naxals kill four TDP men in Karimnagar
Karimnagar
Janashakti Naxalites shot dead the TDP village secretary, Rajender at Chigodu on Sunday night. Earlier, another squad of Janashakti Naxalites blasted the house of the TRS MPTC member and mandal Parishad vice president, Gopalarao, at Mohinipet of the same mandal. Ten armed naxals went to the house of Gopalarao and planed explosives and detonated it. In Guntur district, naxals shot dead a Congress activist, MP. Reddy in Machavaram mandal.

Spurious liquor claims two lives
Guntur
Two persons died after consuming spurious liquor at Vatticherkuru in Guntur district. The police are investigating the case and sent the blood samples of the victims to the Central Forensic Laboratory at Hyderabad, to ascertain the cause of the death according to the Circle Inspector of Police.

Mala Mahanadu warns Congress
Hyderabad
A State level conference of Mala Mahanadu on Sunday warned that the support of Malas to the Congress would be withdrawn in the coming municipal and cooperative elections if the Government went ahead with sending an all-party delegation to Delhi to press for categorization of SCs. The conference headed by the State executive, district office bearers and functionaries of the organization decided to organize demonstrations before the offices of Congress in the State Capital and district headquarters on June 24 in protest against any move of the Government in this regard.
