The murder case of the Siti Cable Managing Director, P.Ramakrishna in Vijayawada that caused a sensation across the state ended with the acquittal of want of evidence. The VII Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast tract), I Siva Samba Murty in his judgment on Thursday acquitted all the four accused persons as the prosecution failed to prove the guilt.
In this case, as many as 61 witnesses were cross examined. Finally the accused were acquitted by the court as no corroborative evidence could be produced by the prosecution.
