Balagopal visits encounter site

The Human Rights Forum leader, K.Balagopal on Sunday visited the scene of the exchange of fire occurred between the CPI (Maoist) activists and the district police near Shivaram village in Jaipur mandal on 3rd February. Three naxals including two Sikasa district committee members died in the encounter.
