Nalgonda, February 22, 2005

A team of special police unearthed three landmines at Bugga thanda in the naxal dominated Chandampet mandal last night.

According to the Superintend of Police, Harish K.Gupta, the Krishna Patti dalam planted the mines to blast the RTC bus that was carrying police personnel to the remote parts of the mandal. The police unearthed the three mines hours after finding a landmine at circle thanda following the arrest of a naxalite in the same mandal.
