People of Madiga community would obstruct Congress Plenary slated in January 2006 if micro classification of SCs was not restored by a Parliamentary enactment or a Constitutional amendment as per Article 341, MRPS State vice president KC Laxmaiah warned on Monday. SC micro classification Bill was not being introduced in the ongoing Parliament session, although an all party delegation led by Minister Koneru Ranga Rao apprised the Congress leaders at New Delhi.

He recalled that the State Assembly adopted three resolutions so far backing the micro classification. MRPS functionaries picketed Kadapa Collectorate demanding introduction of a bill in the on going Parliament session for restoring micro classification of Scheduled Castes.
