Court rejects CBI please for 7-more days custody of Moddu Seenu
The Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate's court on Wednesday struck down the plea of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probing the Paritala murder case for additional seven day custody of the second accused in the case for further investigation. The court also set aside the request of Seenu's wife Laxmirajyam for meeting him in the sub jail.
Mr.Seenu's wife has been staying since December 19 when she was summoned by the CBI for questioning. The Court after going through the CBI report on the interrogation of Moddu Seenu for a week the Judge, A Jayaraj felt that there was no need to give further custody of the accused.
