Notices to former CM Chandrababu Naidu and 3 others

Notices were ordered to be issued to the former Chief Minister, N Chandra Babu Naidu and three others on Monday by the High Court in a criminal case pertaining to alleged diversion of funds to the Right to Sight society. Justice E Dharma Rao on Friday was dealing with a case filed by Paramdham Reddy who was challenging the judgment delivered by a criminal court last week. The petitioner filed a complaint in the criminal court complaining that the State Government had parted with huge amounts of money in favour of the society. The complaint was dismissed by the trial court at the preliminary stage. The present revision is filed challenging the same and notices were ordered to the respondents.
