Sreenu to be sent to CBI custody
Anantapur

The First Additional District Court on Tuesday granted custody of Sreenu, the prime accused in the Paritala murder case to the CBI. The Judge A.Jayaraj placed restrictions on the investigating agency that third degree method should not be employed to extract information. The agency could take the accused to any place as part of the investigation but should provide doctor's assistance whenever required and supply of food on time.

The CBI was asked to return the accused to the judicial custody on December 20. Defence advocate Adisesha Reddy argued against the CBI custody considering the health condition of the accused.
