BJP demands extension of Assembly session
Hyderabad

The Bharatiya Janata Party demanded extension of the Assembly session to discuss important irrigation projects of Telangana and implementation of GO No.610. At a press conference on Sunday, BJP Nation secretary B Dattatreya wanted a debate on Pranahita, Dummugudem, Sriramsar II and Srisailam Left Bank Canal projects in the current session.

He alleged that injustice was being done to Telangana and accused the Chief Minister of acting unilaterally and failing to convene an all party meeting on Pothireddypadu and GOs 610 and 23 relating to backward classes.
