The former emissary of the CPI (Maoist), Varavararao welcomed the call given by Ramakrishna, State Secretary of the naxalite outfit to the cadre not to burn RTC buses and not to harm those who did not work against the naxalite movement. Mr. Rao wanted RTC unions the association of constables and village level politicians to reciprocate by unequivocally condemning the 'State Terrorism' and fake encounters.
