Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy said that the victory of the Congress Party as the victory of the common man in Andhra Pradesh. He garlanded the statue of Rajiv Gandhi in Hyderabad.

ECI Secretary visits Hyderabad - Notification to be released shortly

With the electoral counting process being completed and the election results being released, it is all set for the formation of the new Government in Andhra Pradesh. The Secretary of the Election Commission of India Tapan Kumar visited Hyderabad to make the necessary process for the release of the official notification in this regard.

Telangana people looking for its statehood - says KCR

The President of the Telangana Rastra Samithi K Chandra Sekhara Rao termed that the victory of TRS and Congress in the Telangana and the defeat of the Telugu Desam Party in the region means that the people of Telangana are positive about the statehood of the region. Speaking with the press, he said that the TRS party will hold a meeting to decide whether it will be a part of the Congress-led Government.
