The other Backward Classes (OBC) cell of the AP Congress committee on Saturday resolved to urge the government to effect Constitutional amendment for extension of 52 percent reservation toe the Backward Classes in the State Assemblies and Parliament. The resolution was adopted at a meeting of the OBC wing of the Congress Party.
