No talks with Government without probe - Naxals
Hyderabad
PW Janashakthi groups of naxalites have demanded an independent enquiry by a commission vested with judicial powers to go into the killing of two PW extremists in Tadvai in Warangal recently. In a joint statement issued on Sunday, the outfits set a deadline of August 10th for completing the enquiry, making public the findings then only peace talks begin. The outfits also suggested KG.Knnabiran of PUCL, K.Balagopal of Human Rights Forum, Seshaiah of PACLC, Bhaskararao of OPDR, G.Chakrapani of Peace Initiative and civil rights activists from other States as members of the commission.
Three medicos died in an accident

The Medical students of Gandhi Medical College, who were on the way to greet their friends on the Friendship day died on the spot when the motorcycle on which they were goring rammed into a lorry parked on the early hours of Sunday.
N.Chandrababu Naidu leaving for US

After hectic political activities till recent time, Mr.Naidu will be leaving to US along with his wife and son to take rest for a week days stay. He will board the flight on Monday. This was disclosed by the party sources.
CITU to support Bank Employees strike

The AP Committee of Centre of Indian Trade Unions on Sunday decided to extend support to the nation wide strike by SBI employees on August 9th. It also appealed the other unions to back up the agitation called to protest against the bank's indifferent attitude to the employees' demand for compassionate appointments and other demands.
Dock Workers strike called off
Visakhapatnam
According to an official press release from the Visakhapatnam Port Trust, Dock labour workers began reporting for work from the second shift on Sunday after their strike called off. Cargo handling operations were in full swing on nine vessels.
Tearful farewell to Allu
Hyderabad
The mortal remains of the versatile comedian, Allu Ramalingaiah who died on Friday were consigned to flames at his farmhouse in Gandipet on the outskirts of the city on Sunday. The pyre was lit by his son, the noted producer Allu Aravind.Thousands of people from all fields attended the funeral.
