Two robbers killed at Medchel
Two of the 6 member robbers team were killed while 3 more were caught by an early morning operation by the Police at Medchel. One more team member of the robbers was still absconding. Police opened fire at the dacoit team after a small chase Medchel area in Ranga reddy district. Police fired at when the robbers began to escape and at a stage even tried to open fire at the Police.

Earlier, the Police began with a search operation after receiving a phone call that some robbers attacked a farm house. P Ramarao, ACP said that Medchel SI had a hand injury in the operation and was rushed to the hospital. Cyberabad Police Commissioner Mahinder Reddy visited the spot and inquired about the operation.
