11th Assembly Session begins - Assembly pays homage to Sri Sayyed
CM and YSR having a humorous chat at the inaugural day of the 11th Assembly Sessions The Monsoon sessions of the State Assembly began today. Chief Minister Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu met customarily leaders of the Opposition parties. He even cracked jokes with CLP Leader Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy as if they were close friends.

The sessions began as Speaker Prathiba Bharathi sat on her seat. The Assembly reminded the contributions of Karvan MLA Sri Sayyed who died recently. Silence was observed for 2 minutes. Chief Minister expressed his personal thoughts and relation with Sri Sayyed. Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy said that Sayyed brought the issues of minorities and poorer sections of the society to the assembly. MIM Leader Asaduddin Owaisi said that a Degree College has to be instituted on his name.

The sessions that began at 9:30 this morning ended in just 15 minutes after it began.
