Chandrababu organized Face To Face program with party members
TDP President Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu organized a 'Face to Face with Party President', the Parties Phone-In program. He said that the party will chalk out a plan to meet the people at the village level during the Jenda program later in the next month. Replying on the reason for going for pre-tenure elections, he said that the reason was because of the menace of the naxals. He expressed satisfaction that the party will emerge as the winner in the upcoming elections.
Congress restarts Bus Yatra from Cuddapah
The Congress Party restarted its Bus Yatra program from Cuddapah today. Senior Party leaders rallied with renewed enthusiasm this time. CLP Leader went a step further in regard to free power. This time, he said that it is possible to give free power not just for farmers but also to the poorer sections of the state. He said that the Bus Yatra will understand the social problems of the state. The Yatra will be for 2 days in Cuddapah and later goes to Anantapur.
VPT sets new record in ore loading
The Visakhapatnam Port Trust has set a new national record by loading 40,000 tonnes of iron ore filings in a single shift. The earlier record was also by VPT recorded in December 2003 when it loaded 39,000 tonnes.
