SC-ST Commission members meets CM
Members of the newly formed SC-ST Commission and its Chairman Justice Punayya met Chief Minister Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu at his office today. The visit is a courtesy call and was the first time that the delegation met the Chief Minister after its formation.

Justice Punayya said that his immediate focus of work will be on the list of pending issues related to SC-ST's. He said that the commission will enter into scene when the Police Department will or may not take an action.
2 women naxals killed in encounter at Timmapur
2 Women Naxals were killed in an encounter between the PWG and Police forces near Timmapur at the outskirts of Yellareddy village in Karimnagar. Secretary of the local war group Y Swaroopa and a member Sobha alias Sobhakka were killed.
