YSR rallies in Penupalle

CLP Leader Dr. Y S Rajasekhar Reddy visited Penupalle Government Hospital as a part of his Paada Yaatra. Interacting with people in the village, he found that many of the public programs initiated by former Chief Minister Mr. Jalagam Vengalrao were not being continued.

Senior Intermediate results announced

Pass percentage in Intermediate examinations being conducted by Board of Intermediate in Andhra Pradesh were down at 46.62%. Of the 6,21,177 who appeared for the examinations, 1,46,453 got first class, 46,842 got second class while 14,144 got third. Krishna and Rangareddy were topped with first and second on charts with the most qualified candidates. Government expressed concern at Mahabubnagar down at the last with poor performance. In fact, Colleges both in the Government and Private sectors were not good enough.

An R & B doctor in Warangal was killed this morning by Naxals of the People's War Group. The killed doctor was a former War militant. Naxals also attacked the house of the local Sarpanch and destroyed furniture.

TDP Leader of Gurajala Mrs. Laxminarayanamma was killed by naxals of People's War Group. The alleged Krishnapatti dalam who were believed to be behind this plot shot 2 rounds of fire at her.
