All set for Intermediate Public Examinations from tomorrow
The State Government said that all arrangements for the Intermediate Public Examinations scheduled to being tomorrow. The Question papers were sent to the Police stations near the examination centers and will be provided to the Principals of the Examination centers just 15 minutes before the examinations. Special Squads will be running in all districts. Special training was provided to Chief Superindents to make sure no error rolls in.
PCC asks for enquiry on Kakinada Port
The Pradesh Congress Committee demanded for an enquiry to unearth truth about the special discount package given by the State Government to the contractors of the Kakinada Port.
Minister Sri Mandava Venkateswara Rao inaugurated a photo exhibition on Naxals. He listened to the talk from naxals who have surrendered in the past.
Ministers Sri Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Uma Madhava Reddy and Tammineni Seetaram were in Srikakulam to take part in various Government programs.
IT Minister Sri B Gopalakrishna Reddy inaugurated school and community center facilities being constructed by Anand Group in East Godavari district.
AICC Spokesman Mr. Jaipal Reddy met Congress MLA from Suryapet Mr. Komat Reddy Venkat Reddy who was on relay fasting asking the Government demanding Flouride-free water and cancellation of 70 GO. Congress and CPM supporters blocked the roads in Suryapet as a support to the fast.
Police had a tough time in stopping a recording dance troop in Prakasam district as the stage was set without any permission. 3 constables were stoned by the supporters which led the police to fire 4 rounds in air. 10 suspects ware arrested.
