Guntur-Hubli Passenger Train derails in Karnataka The Guntur-Hubli Passenger Train came off track in Karnataka between Hulkoti and Annigeri stations at 4 AM. The engine of the train and a bogie came off the track. The reason for the derailment were unkown. None were injured in the accident. The railways made alternative arrangements to the commuters. Trains in the section were moving after a delay of 5 hours. Minister speaks on Power reforms at CII Conference on Power Plants Minister for Major Industries, Commerce and Export Promotion Mr. K.Vidyadhar Rao spoke at the Conference on Power Plants held today in Hyderabad. The Conference has been organized by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The dead includes 2 men, 2 women and 2 girls. Police believe that the dead belong to Tamil Nadu and began enquiry about them. Empty pesticide bottles were found in the are. The dead bodies were so spoilt that it became hard to identify. The bodies were believed to be hanging there for the last 3 days. The bodies were sent to hospital for post mortem. Minister for Labor Affair Babu Mohan inaugurated the Insurance Inspectors Annual Meet in Hyderabad today. He said that a revolving fund will be setup to coup up the medical expenditure of laborers. Group I and State Development Services Notification shortly Minister for Finance, Planning and Legislative Affairs Y.Ramakrishnudu said that the state will be releasing the notification for Group I and State Development Services (SDS) shortly. He said that a final report on the development service will be formed in a week days time and that the recruitment of SDS will be completed in 6 months time. Junior Lecturer posts in Intermediate and Degree colleges to be filled soon Minister for Higher Education NMD Farooq said in Visakhapatnam today that the state Government will be filling Junior Lecturers posts shortly. Over 3000 posts will be filled when the government begins this excise. He said that currently Inter and Degree colleges were taking lecturers on contract basis due to a pending case in the court. Now that the judgement has come, he said that the entire process recruitment process would be completed in 1 to 2 months time. He said that Regional Directors were already informed about this. One murdered for not repaying money A dead body was recovered from a man hole in Hyderabad. The Police who were investigating the case found that the person died 4 days and that the body was of Feroq - a person who was killed by Mohd Akhtar who gave Rs. 1 lakh to him. The murder was made because Feroq failed to repay the money. Some suspects were arrested in connection to the case. The body was sent for post mortem. Avula Sambasivara Rao laid to rest The cremation of Sri Avula Sambasivara Rao who died in Hyderabad yesterday was held at the Bansilal Burial Grounds in Hyderabad. Earlier Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Minister for Agriculture Vadde Shobhanadreeswara Rao paid homage. CM said that the services of Sri Rao to the state were never to be forgotten. He said that Rao never committed any mistake or harm to any one and tried to help others. Police says the unidentified body is of Sammireddy Mylavaram Police confirmed that the unidentified body recovered recently was the of former naxal leader Sammireddy. Sammireddy was missing for the past few days. The naxal leader came to public few years ago. CM holds conference to review arrangements for Godavari Pushkaram's Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu conducted a review meeting with District Collectors and SP's of Warangal, Khammam, East and West Godavari and other districts. Godavari district administrations making final arrangements The East and West Godavari district administration was making all arrangements to see that all facilities remain intact with the water levels of River Godavari stabilizing. East Godavari District Collector said that sanitation programs will be undertaken. The speed of the river water is expected to come back to normal speeds in 48 hrs time.
