CITU expresses dissatisfaction on the Partnership Summit
The CITU expressed dissatisfaction on the Partnership Summit that began in Hyderabad yesterday. Speaking to the Press, the CITU Secretary said that after looking into the agenda of the Partnership summit, one gets a feeling that proper programmes are not arranged for getting investments to the state.

The Yuva Morha Unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party demanded Rs. 2 lakh ex-cratia to the family of the child who died after having meals in the mid-day meal scheme. They held an agitation in Rangareddy district.

Seminar on AIDS Awarness held
The State BC Study Circle organised an AIDS Awarness Seminar in Hyderabad. Smt. Damayanthi who is the chief guest spoke on the occasion. She called upon the Youth to take initiative in preventing AIDS.

SBI introduces ATM cum Debit Cards in Hyderabad
The State Bank of India introduced the ATM cum Debit Cards in Hyderabad. Speaking at a Press Conference, the Chief General Manager of SBI Mr. A.K. Das said that the ATM Cum Debit Cards are introduced following the good reception of the ATM Cards in the State. He said that the ATM cum Debit Cards will be introduced soon in other parts of Andhra Pradesh.

Sri Parthasaradhi Rajagopalachari inaugurated the Gyan Mandir constructed by the Ramachandra Mission in Hyderabad. More that 15,000 devotes took part in the Speech of Sri Rajagopalachari after the inauguration of Gyan Mandir.

Corporation bank introduces 12 more Hi-tech banking units
The Corporation bank introduced 12 more Hi-tech banking units in Hyderabad today. Speaking at a press conference, the spokesman of Bank said that 2 new branches and 12 new ATMS are inaugurated today which increases the number of ATM units to 37 in the Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Telangana Garjana rally held
The Telangana Garjana rally being taken by supporters of the Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) was successful in gathering Telangana statehood supporters. A public meeting was held at the Parade Grounds in Hyderabad in which Leaders of TRS, Mr. K Chandrasekhara Rao said that his main aim is to get statehood and not a post when the state was formed. He said that Union Minister Mr. Ramvilas Paswan supported the cause and promised of a big rally in the National capital on March 14.

Union Minister for State in PMO, Mr. Vijay Goel said that the LPG Pipeline project from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad will be completed by April 2002. This ambitious project was undertaken at a cost of Rs. 490-crores. He also visited Gas Authority of India (GAIL) site at Cherlapally.
