Highway patrolling in the state soon
Government decides to implement Highway patrolling in the state soon. Home Minister Mr. Devendar Goud spoke to some police officials through Video Conference. He said that proper training will be given to the police for highway patrolling.

Derailed goods train delays railways services from Visakhapatnam
Trains from Visakhapatnam were delayed as a Goods train derailed near Visakhapatnam between the Yelaminchili - Renupalem segment. Ratnachal Express has been cancelled. Over 7 bogies of the Lime Stone load train derailed early at 8 AM this morning. Power from Electric lines was cut to avoid any accidents. The Railway has arranged 3 buses from Visakhapatnam to Tuni for the passengers. They will be accommodated in the Tirumala Express in Tuni.

TTD introduces 30 new buses
30 newly introduced buses started in Balaji Bus Station at Tirupathi. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam spent over Rs. 30 Crores to provide this new facility which enables over 60 lakhs pilgrims to come to the hill city. TTD said that some more buses will added to the existing fleet in the next month. The buses will run between Tirupathi and Bangalore, Chennai and to some places in Tamil Nadu.

The Excise Department arrested 2 persons who are bringing spurious liquor to the district of Anantapur.

The Employees Union of BSNL agitated in Tirupathi, Vijayawada and Srikakulam. They demanded that the attempts to privitise and disinvestment should be stopped immediately. They also demanded that the landline telephone charges that are hiked recently should be lowered.

The Inter Polytechnic Sports Meet which began on 22nd of this month in Visakhapatnam concluded today. Prizes to the winners are distributed on the occasion. March fast and Cultural programs are performed on the conclusing day.

Telangana Rashtra Samithi President Mr. R Chandrasekhar Rao said that nearly 24,000 employees are removed from their duties in Singareni Collieries in the last year.
