Social Security Numbers for PF employees soon
A 14 digit Social Security Number (SSN) will be allotted to all the member of the Employees Provident Fund organisation. In a Press Conference held at the Regional PF Office, the Commissioner Mr. V.P. Ramaiah said that SSN would help in the identification of the PF members without any reference to the employers.

Health Cards to be issued to students in BC Hostels soon
The Backward Classes Welfare Department has decided to issue health cards to all students studying in the BC Welfare Hostels in the State. He stated this in a press conference held at Armoor on Sunday after participating in a workshop on Career and Educational Opportunities for BC engineering students.
The distribution of Elector Photo Identity Cards has been postponed in Visakhapatnam to Thursday. The Joint collector, Mr. M.T. Krishna Babu said that the work has been postponed due to technical reasons.
