Congress Bus Yatra program begins in Telangana

PCC President D Srinivas said that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is responsible for the almost-bad conditions in the Telangana Region. He said that only Congress can change this situation and that is only possible when the Congress comes to power in both at the Center and at the State. He, AICC State affairs in-charge Gulamnabi Aazad, CLP Leader Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy and many leaders from Telangana began with the 3rd phase Bus Yaatra program.

Mr. Aazad said that the party is committed at the development of the Telangana Region and that this is confirmed by its party chief itself.
All set for TDP meet at Kurnool

Top Notch leaders of the TDP Party including its President N Chandrababu Naidu are going to take part in the rally and later address a meeting in Kurnool. This is the first large scale meeting of the party after the recently concluded Guntur meet. TDP MP KE Krishna Murthy said that this meeting is of great significance and a sentimental program for the party. District TDP President said that the meeting will give a new inspiration in the District Party. The Police checked all the Security arrangements and made extensive checking in the area particularly because CM is going to take part in a public rally.

To keep arrangements well, some roadside shops being removed for the party meet that irked the local shopkeepers. The local Hackers Association staged a dharna against the removal of shops and demanded for setting up them back in their places.
N Ramamurthy Naidu returns back to Hyderabad after joining in Congress

Former Chandragiri MLA and brother of Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu - Mr. N Ramamurthy Naidu returned back to Hyderabad after joining in the Congress Party in the presence of AICC President Ms. Sonia Gandhi. CLP Leader Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, Former Chief Minister N Janardhana Reddy and others came to receive him at the Airport. Speaking with the press, Mr. Ramamurhy Naidu said that the bad policies of TDP made him to join in the Congress.
Hyderabad Old City calm during curfew lifting
Hyderabad
The Hyderabad Old City was calm during the few hours in which the curfew was lifted in the region. The District Police Commissioner said that a review will be taken on the entire situation before the curfew was completely lifted. He said that over23 were injured during the clashes and that Rs. 10 Lakhs worth property was lost.

BJP State Unit demanded a relief for the people who lost their lives in the recent communal clashes in the twin cities. It asked the Government to consider reports in the press that some police constables ware the reason for the violence.

Communist parties demanded Ex-gratia for the dead and some relief to those who were injured. BV Raghavulu said that the Government says it is helpless for giving money to those who are suffering but is allocating funds for various unwanted programs. Sudhakar Rao asked to create a new provision and come to the rescue of the people.

Karimnagar Police begins census
The Karimnagar Police began with a survey by collecting information about tenants and other Census information in the region. The police said that they are collecting voter information in the region. DSP Y Narsareddy said that this program is taken up at important areas of the region. The survey will be completed by the end of the month.

CPM staged a dharna in Kurnool stating that the 90 acres of land collected by the Government is being allocated to disqualified people and the poor are deprived from the allocations.

A laborer died when some ammunition meant to blast mines blasted all of a sudden at the Godavarikhani mines of the Singareni Collieries. The Mine Sardar was also injured and his condition looks critical.
