R&D investments should by more - says CM
Chief Minister Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu called upon for a push in Research and Development for the development of the state and the country. He spoke at the CII Technology Summit and Technology Platform held at Hyderabad. He reminded of the hike of expenditure on R & D from 20% to 30% in countries such as Taiwan.

All set for World Chess Cup to be held in Hyderabad
World Chess Cup to be held at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad is all set for the competitions. Over 48 International chess members were taking part in the competitions. The competitions will be declared open tomorrow by Governor Dr. Ranga rajan and Chief Minister Sri N Chandrababu Naidu at a program to be held at Mughal Gardens.

Minister for Transport Mr. M Damodar Reddy said that the current "Authorised Agents" system in the RTO will continue. He said that a "Citizens Charter" will be constituted in the six months time and that the driving license registration system will be updated so that the same can be issued within 24hrs time.
