Ministers blocked at Cuddapah Ministers K Vijayaramarao, Bojjala Goapalakrishna Reddy, Kottapalle Subbaraidu were being blocked for over an hour by Congress demonstrators and farmers. They demanded that the Government should withdraw the ban on black jaggery. Congress President and Member of Legislature Mr. Ramachandra Reddy was arrested on charge of provoking farmers to block the Ministers. The Ministers continued their official programs without the presence of the local MLA. AICC Secretary Mr. Vayalar Ravi, CLP Leader Dr. Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, Senior Congress Leaders T Subbarami Reddy, Venkat Rao, Mayor Rajana Ramani and others part in various programs in Visakhapatnam. Speaking at a press conference, Mr. Ravi said that the State Government is not at all coming to the rescue of farmers in the state. 2 people died when Diwali crackers blasted accidentally in Komarada village of Vizianagaram.
