The District Administration of Guntur District seized 32 rice mills for nor meeting the procurement targets as set by the Government.
Two Officials working at the Fertilizers Corporation of India (FCI) at Ramagundam were trapped by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officers when they were caught taking a bribe for Rs. 40,000. The CBI asked people to inform about any bribe cases in which an employee of Central Government, Public Sector Undertaking, Banks or Insurance offices to their telephone nos: 4732768, 4732762.
The Executive Director of AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Mr. Tenneti Krishna Prasad said that four companies were shortlisted for the Gannavaram project.
