CPI (M) General Secretary Mr. Harikishan Singh Surjit said in Hyderabad that it will unite with other parties to form the Third Front to form the Government when Congress and BJP fails to provide a stable Government.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court questioned the why the Three-Member Commission that investigated into the Ms. Prathyusha's death did not take into account the Post Mortem report and for telling that the Police are not responsible for taking the clothes of Ms. Prathyusha. It also asked the police to submit a report on the entire episode in which Mr. Siddardha and Ms. Prathyusha spent their time before death. The Court asked reporters who covered the incident in the press to be present at the hearing.

Guntur District Telecom launched Wireless in Local Loop (WLL) telephones today. Speaking at a press conference, General Manager of GDT said that the BSNL charges for WLL service will be same as that of ordinary telephones.
