Health Minister Mr N Janardhana Reddy said in Assembly that the Government is committed at the prevention of AIDS and that Care and Support Centers in all areas in the state to look at prevention of AIDS will be setup. A Debate on the initiative to create awareness in the public was held today. Minister said that strict instructions were passed to all Blood Banks in the state to verify blood before it is being given.
Congress demanded for the removal of its Minister Mr. Siva Prasad and Rama Subba Reddy who were named in charge sheet by CBI. Congress MLA's sat before the Speaker podium in Assembly demanding for the same.
Technical Minister Mr. Damodar Reddy ruled out the possibility for changing the date for EAMCET 2002 from April 29.
