CM asks for Rs.610 Crores to meet drought situation in the state
Chief Minister Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu who was in New Delhi to attend the oath taking program of the new President of the Indian Republic met the Prime Minister Sri AB Vajpey and asked for an aid Rs. 610 Crores to meet the drought condition in the state.

The notification next phase of Admissions for Engineering and B.Pharmacy through EAMCET 2002 was released today. The counselling will begin from 9 Aug for BC/SC/ST/OC Categories. Vacancy positions are available online at http://eamcet.dte.gov.in or at http://eamcet.ap.nic.in

Andhra Petro Chemicals announced a profit of Rs. 4.45 Crores from a sales of Rs. 37.80 Crores for the last three months ending June 2002.

Satyam Computers announced that its income were down by 11.87% but its Chairman Mr. Ramalinga Raju said that the company will go ahead as per its projections.

Board of Intermediate Studies extended the admission time for the current academic year till 31 July 2002. On the other hand, the results of Intermediate 1st Year supplementary exams will be released today.
