Andhra University to reopen again The Andhra University and its PG Centres will reopen on 3rd December, 2002. According to the principals of Andhra University, the University, its affiliated colleges and Hostels will reopen tomorrow. Speaking in a press meet, Mr. Dattatreya said that the new trains are Seshadri Express between Kakinada and Tirupati, Chennai - Tirupati Intercity Express, Pedapalli - Vijayawada fast passenger, Adilabad - Nagpur passenger. he said that the new trains are for the convenience of passengers and will be introduced by the end of this month.
