DSE 2002 Key released
Minister for Education Sri Mandava Venkateswara Rao released the Key for the recently held DSE 2002 examinations. He said that the selection list will be announced by 28 August 2002 and that the counselling sessions begins from September 1 - 5, 2002 followed by giving joining letters. 6 questions from the exam were deleted and ½ mark will be added. He said that the trained candidates will be taken first followed by untrained candidates.

3 injured as College building floor tumbles down
3 students escaped with injured when a 100 year old college building being used as the Govt. Junior, Degree Women College's 2nd floor collapsed all of a sudden in Vaddepalli in Warangal. The building which is used as a college is build during the Nizam rule. Over 2500 students were studying in the college. The In charge-Principal of the College said that R and D Authorities have been alerted of this long back but they always used to do minor repairs.

The Andhra Pradesh Government Teachers Association said that they will be staging a dharna if the Government failed to look into the transfer and implementation of service rules.

Senior ENT Specialist Sri Pinnamaneni Narasimha Rao who was in the 1st batch of ENT Specialist in the state died in Guntur this morning. Sri Narasimha Rao worked in Andhra - Guntur Colleges and served as the President of Medical Council of India.
