The Funeral of Sri Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy was held at the banks of River Hundri in Kurnool District. Chief Minister of Karnataka S M Krishna, Senior Congress Members Sri N D Tiwari, Sri M Satyanarayana Rao, Sri YS Raja Sekhar Reddy, Sri N Janardhan Reddy, Sri Mallu Ravi, Ministers Dandu Sivarama Raju, Sri Mohan Reddy, Sri Ram Bhupal Choudary and others paid homage to Sri Kotla and were present at the Funeral place. Chief Minister Sri Chandra Babu Naidu said that the funeral place will be converted into a Memorial. The Police fired 21 times in Air as a honor to Sri Kotla.
Ms. Sushma Swaraj said that the Center is committed to end Terrorism. She visited Hyderabad and spoke with the BJP Members.

Police Officials announced that 2 members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation visited Hyderabad in regard to investigation in which two members from Old City of Hyderabad went to the US with fake passports.

The Hyderabad Police arrested some of the members of the Students Islamic Movement of India which has been banned by the State and National Governments in the country. They were brought before the 16th Metropolitan Magistrate at the Metropolitan Criminal Courts Complex in Hyderabad.
