Gudivada Gurunadha Rao passes away
Senior Congress Party Leader Mr. Gudivada Gurunadha Rao passed away today in Hyderabad. He is suffering with Kidney Problems since the last six months. PCC President Mr. M Satyanarayana Rao paid homage. He died of Kidney failure.

The Exhibition of Nizam Jewellers will begin on 24th at Salarjung Museum in Hyderabad. The Visitors will be allowed to visit from 25th Onwards. The Exhibition will continue for 2 months.

Naxals surrenders
Four hardcore naxals and 11 others surrendered before the Nizamabad police today. Most of the Naxals were from the Peoples War Group Cadre Members only. The police successfully recovered three hard grebadesm 18 soap bombs, four detonators, 2-fuse wire bundles, camera flash and other spares used for making bombs.

Tension as a Medico student commits suicide
Tension prevailed at Kurnool General Hospital when a second year MBBS Student Ms Ujwala died consuming poison at college campus. She was rushed to the hospital where she died. Police and Student Union Members argued at each other as the later said that a case be filed as medico-legal case. Post Mortem was later conducted and her body was given to her parents.

The State Cabinet headed by Chief Minister Sri Chandrababu Naidu is expected to reshuffled on November 26, 2001.

The General Manager of NABARD said that it will be providing refinance facility for tourism development in the West Godavari District.

Dr. MSS Koteswara Rao - former Minister and Telugu Desam Party leader from Guntur died in Vijayawada. He is 59 and is survived by wife, daughter and three sons.

The Engineering and Staff College of India was selected as consultancy for preparing a report on Neeru - Meeru Program.

A 3 day match between the Board Presidents XII and the England team started today at Hyderabad. At the end of the first day England lost 9 wickets with Mark Ramprakash hitting a century. Sarandeep Singh of the Board XII team took 5 wickets.

Mr. Dronamraju Srinuvas took over as the President of the Visakhapatnam City Congress Party.
