Union Minister for Power Mr. Suresh Prabhu inaugurated Accelerated Power Development Program as a part of providing basic Power infrastructure in the state at Tirupati today. This allows AP Transco to set up more Transformers and Transco Meters in Eluru, Warangal and Tirupati divisions. Andhra Pradesh will be allocated Rs. 250 Crores as a part of the program. State Power Minister Mr. Kottapalli Subbaraidu was present at the meet.
